In early 2022, I successfully transitioned all of TRUFF's email marketing efforts in-house, enabling the brand to increase the volume of campaigns and take greater control over the creative execution.
I currently lead the creative execution and collaborate with the e-Commerce team to develop targeted customer segments for hyperlocal and national campaign blasts.
Additionally, I've refreshed the brand's triggered email flows including welcome, customer retention, and win-back campaigns, all in an effort to improve email performance.
